When you are browsing our products, you will see an ‘Add to Cart’ button on the page. Simply click on it and the item will be added to the cart. If you would like multiple quantity of the same item, you can click ‘Add to Cart’ multiple times till your desired quantity.

Is there a minimum order for my purchase ?

We are glad to inform that there isn’t a minimum purchase. However, a delivery charge of $10 ( w GST $10.70) is applicable. Purchases above $100 ( w GST $107) will enjoy FREE delivery!

How do I place my order?

You do not need to register to place order with us. Followings are the steps to order.

Browse all our categories or search for products, choose the ones you want and add them to your cart.

Once you are done, go to the shopping basket icon and click ‘Checkout now’.

Review your items, delivery address, delivery slot and payment mode.

On the next page, click ‘Confirm My Order’ and your order is placed.

You will receive a confirmation shortly via email.

When will my package be delivered?

We perform delivery seven days a week, including weekends and public holidays. Our delivery hours are from 9 a.m. to 10 p.m

What's the minimum order to receive free delivery?

You will enjoy free delivery if you spend more than $100 per order.

Do you deliver to my hotel? currently delivers to all residential and hotels within mainland Singapore and Sentosa Island.

Who will deliver my order?

At we have our own fleet of speedy delivery vans and friendly delivery personnel. Your order will be packed with utmost care and deliver right to your doorstep with a smile!

What if I'm not hotel/home for my delivery?

“We understand that life can be unpredictable and plans can change. Not able to be home for delivery? Don’t worry! Here’s what you can do:

Call us at +65 67412373, inform our friendly customer service officer your order number. We will make delivery the following day from 9am-10pm, but there will be a surcharge of S$10 for re-delivery (including GST S$10.70)”

If the parcel is delivered to the hotel, please collect it from the hotel front desk or concierge. Please remember to inform the hotel reception, so that they can receive the package and store it safely.
